PF Membership Nightmare

Disappointed and frustrated with the poor service, *****ulent behavior and lack of feedback received. Planet fitness consultants are *****ently inducing clients to enter into gym memberships at a discounted rate on the basis of being a medical aid member, but are debiting clients accounts for incorrect and exorbitant monthly amounts. I was told that my monthly gym fee would only cost a total of R275. 00, as a result of having vitality and having a medical aid with Discovery, but to my disappointment I am being debited for an amount of R1099. 00 every month end. On the following month, my bank account was debited for an amount of R2280. 00. Note that this was not the terms that I agreed to and am currently having an extremely difficult time canceling my membership or receiving any helpful solution on how to resolve this issue.
