PF makes rules to suite themselves.

I would really like to give Planet Fitness a -5/5 rating.

I warn anyone wanting to join planet fitness to rather go somewhere else. even if it is more.

My complaint is a few things wrapped up into one.

Firstly you are breaching contracts. and it is disgusting!

I joined Planet Fitness on the 16th of September 2019. we then had lockdown for 5 months. and my contract was extended by 5 months.

Firstly no one signed for this extension and in your T&C's it states that i need to sign to have such extensions done, you also extended a Fixed Term contract,

On top of this i was charged a "Annual" Levy in December. but the issue is my contract was extended by 5 months. so i only paid for 7 months in 2020, but am being charged for a levy that should only be due after 12 months...... which means it would only be due in April-May 2021. not December.....

To this since 5 months is being carried over this means since the start of my Membership it has not even been a full 12 months since joining PF...

12 months would only be at the the end of January-February.

1. you have charged me a "ANNUAL" levy before my membership even hit it's first 12 months

2. My "Fixed Term Contract" was extended by 5 months wish means my Levy should also be extended to reflect the new contract dates

3. your contract states i need to sign or agree to an extension, which i did not.

I am very disappointed in Planet Fitness. and trust people do not sign up at any of the branches.

i have canceled my membership. and i refuse to pay ANY cancellation fees, as you have gone against your own contract T&C's. i will reverse any debt orders taken off. and will take my money elsewhere.
