PF cancelled my contract without request

<p>I phoned PF to enquire wat the penalty fee would be to cancel my contract. After Zanele Mpala confirmed the penalty I clearly, in no uncer*****y, stated that I would rather wait until next year March for the contract to reach its maturity date. I just received an email that my contract had been cancelled??? How can people be placed in positions if they can’t even understand instructions in plain English? This was only an enquiry and not a notice of cancellation. PF better fix this problem or I will take this further in terms of the consumer protection act. Don’t know why I ever joined this company because I had problems with them from the start.</p>
