Personal Trainers being "fired" with no explanation given by Planet Fitness unto the trainers or members!

I am very upset with what is happening at Planet Fitness De Waterkant.

I started training with a Personal Trainer 3 weeks ago and have another 2 months of training to be done with him, but found out today that as of 1 March 2021 he will no longer be allowed to train at this gym due to apparently new documentation that is required for the PT's to have, but they were given an unfair deadline to provide this documentation.

I have never before, in the 7 years that I have been training, used a PT as I have felt like they are a waist of money by observing how they are training their clients.

My PT at Planet Fitness is the first one who I felt could help me reach my fitness goal by just observing him with his other clients on the gym floor and after receiving just a 10 minute "sample" of how my training with him will be.

I have made so much progress in the past 3 weeks that I want to extend my training with him for another month after I initially only planned on 1 month.

For me to find out that I have basically wasted a month's PT fees because I won't be able to train by myself as I train with my trainer and reach my goal is very disappointing!

We were not informed by Planet Fitness about these new requirements for the PT's and that it will mean we won't be able to train with them from 01 March.

My trainer is not able to provide me with a valid and reasonable reason for this happening / being done this way as he himself has not received a valid or reasonable reason from the Club Manager, Simon Henderson.

Regardless of whether this is true or not, I feel like I am a client of Planet Fitness and the PT's in their clubs are part of Planet Fitness, therefore Planet Fitness has the responsibility of informing their clients of the changes regarding the PT's and how it will affect me as the client who is currently training with one of their trainers or perhaps planned on starting to train with a PT in March.

I have cancelled my Virgin Active membership for far less reasons, but it seems like I'll have to consider rejoining them since I have been disappointed by Planet Fitness within just 4 months of being a member...

Will someone from Planet Fitness contact me asap to inform me of the reason for my PT being "fired" from using the De Waterkant club and what will happen with my week of personal training left that I paid for and obviously want to complete.
