Personal trainer no assistance

My wife and I joined planet fitness at the beginning of this year (2023) when joining we were in need of a personal trainer which we were referred to a guy by the name of Miguel Kemper by one of the staff at planet fitness Pearls mall in umhlanga. He requested for an advance payment which we did and afterwards gave us a number of different stories as to why he couldn't make it to train us on certain days. He also messaged me multiple times asking me to lend him money cause he has issues he needs to take care of. This lead us to leave the gym and not return however Miguel promised use to pay back our money which to date he has not done. I would not recommend this trainer to anyone as he comes up with alot of stories and doesn't get the work done. I am pleading to planet fitness Pearls to get in contact with Miguel and ask him to give us a full refund of our cash and a simple apology for the HUGE inconvenience caused by him.
