I joined the Gym last year in September and everything was going well until the 1st of June 2019 when I went into the gym only to be told I owe the gym about R700 that I had not paid for I don't know which month because my debit order had not bounced once. I was told to call the call center the following day "from my own pocket". I did that, the lady I spoke to confirmed I was owing, I then asked her which month because if my debit order went of in May there is absolutely no way I will be behind on the 1st of June. She then confirmed it was an error on their side. I asked the lady to log a complaint for me, hoping someone will get back to me. But, until now, no one has done that. I was also told my black tag has not debited for sometime.

I reversed the debit order last month and guess what. I got the SMS from Planet fitness informing me I haven't paid.
