Payment/customer serivce issue

I joined Planet Fitness @ Kolonnade in June, first of all - because the gym was not open yet they told us that we would be paying from the end of July, which was false. They debited me after I signed a paper that specified the debit order would only go off @ the end of July. When I complained about it NOBODY could give me an answer, and everybody had a different excuse, I paid for it and I asked for the 3rd time that they should make sure my debit order goes off on the first of every month - when I signed up I SPECIFICALLY asked them to debit on the 1st. I have asked the consultant multiple times to please change the debit order date and either he doesn't care or he is absolutely stupid, because I have been asking this over the course of 2 months, I have also contacted head office and I have asked them the same thing. I went to the gym and asked them aswell to change it and NOTHING has been done about it. The service is absolutely ****ty. They can't leave you alone when they want you to sign up, but then they sign you up under false pretenses and then they just completely ignore you. So over this place!
