Payment and Cancellation

So, this has to be wrong on so many levels. Apparently, the expectation from Planet Fitness is that if you want to cancel all Memberships, on your payment info, each adult must cancel their own. So, I want to cancel my membership and my wife's, but we have to phone separately and request exactly this.

This is nonsense...
