paying for a service i have not recieved

about one month ago, I signed up at planet fitness Bedfordview. <br> it is now a month later, I have not accessed the club at all and I have not received my tags etc. I have emailed and called and got no response. circumstances have changed and I am moving away I see it only fair that since I had to pay a joining fee and I was debited for a month of membership which I have not used that the contract be cancelled and refund me my joining fee... I received none of what I was promised and have not been able to use the gym. <br> <br> I hope this can be sorted out fast and reasonably or I will be moving my family and friends contracts to a friend of mines pvt gym for less, and they too will contact hello peter.
