Paying a cancelled membership

Planet fitness is the worst when it comes to cancellation, firstly I called to cancel no one explained the process only to find out am still active. I then had to settle the amount with lawyers Landau Attorneys who assured me all was cancelled then I still get debited. I decide to call in again to get the same assurance of cancellation I even get emails confirming everything but to my ****en surprise this morning I get messages I am still being charged. Planet Fitness gives the run around, Landau Attorneys sends the worst statements before you pay anything with them ask them to send you both statements l, theirs and Planet Fitness.
