payed cancelation fee, got handed over plus they are still debiting money from my account

<p>speaking camly to two call centre advisors and the saya recovery people. no one able to help me. spokre to the last advisor, lesego or something, he placed me so long on hold that i went in for a meeting came out and was still on hold. frustrated and irritated not only with planet fitness but with this guy i got angry, i told him if he cant give me answers i will get my ****ing lawyer involved. he rudely said "if i dont stop 'misusing' the f-word he will drop my call"? like its your job you are getting paid to sort out my problem as quick as possible not to place me on hold and give me the same stupid answers you gave me the whole time???</p> <p> </p> <p>either way my lawyer will be getting involved because a unauthorised debit order is against the law, it like *****ing money.</p> <p> </p> <p>thanks for ****ing up AGAIN</p>
