Pay me back my money

I joined Planet Fitness on the 1st of July. Due to incorrect information captured by Planet Fitness they were unable to debt my account at the end of July even though there was sufficient funds available.I helped them correct this information but they then doubled debited me in August and added in late fees even though the error was on their side. I called several times for that to be resolved. To date they have not reimbursed me or even contacted me with any feedback. Then end of September I was double debited two different amounts. Once again I made contact with the call centre to query this and to date I have not received any feedback. I would really would like my money back as this is ********** to debt my account for amounts I did not sign for and to pay for their error is pathetic.
