PAY FOR A CONTRACT THAT WAS ENDED 3 YEARS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a one year contract with Planet Fitness, the contract was not renewed, and now 2 years later they are still deducting R422,29 per month. I have asked for a refund on this money now since 28 May 2024, via email, on 28 May someone contacted me via email and asked me for my Id number (which was in the subject line), but however I did respond with the email address, then on the 5 of June someone phoned me at work, I did then send a mail asking them to contact me via email, as we are not allowed to take calls during office hours at work, so then it was quite again, until yesterday, someone called the work phoned, and I did give them an alternative number to rather contact me on, but no called back up until now, I have been mailing them since 28 May and that is the service I had, and yet end of the month they will deduct again, and keep on ignoring me. I want this sorted out, this is probably the worst service I have ever seen.
