pathetitic custommer treatment

Joined in January 2015 and have had nothing but disgusting service from planet fitness rosebank!!! Been waiting for my gym bag which is part of the joining fee i paid even though planet fitness call it a free bag- it is currently may and still 5 mknths later am being fed the ******* excuse of no stock/still waiting for the bags from the printing company, as a new member of planet fitness i am sooop regretful that i joined ... i was a member at virgin active for over 5 years and never was i i'll treated or recieved bad service - i will be sure to never promote the use of planet fitness and tell everybody i know how terrible planet fitness treats their members
