Pathetic Treatment!

I am completely disgusted in Planet fitness and their service! My husband and I have been with them for a couple of months and whether we go to the gym or not, they take their money faithfully however they seem to have a problem with communicating faithfully! When we joined the gym they said that kids were allowed and they had their own area, which was not true, however we still were allowed to take our daughter with. Today we went to the gym after a covid break and we were literally asked to leave with our daughter. Apparently rules changed after the looting (which we were not informed). This is so sad and I honestly don’t wish to have any attachments to this gym at all!
