Pathetic service from Planet Fitness

I want to leave Planet Fitness,because they don't take people seriously they told me that i must upgrade my membership national so that it can access Kolonnade gym to my surprise in Kolonnade they say I'm not allowed to gym with are less they transfer my membership contract to them and i must pay a transfer fee of R200.Now I'm stuck with national membership and they deducted my money for this month and i cannot gym in Kolonnade Planet Fitness...
