Pathetic Service from Planet Fitness

Extremely poor service from Planet Fitness. The sales person that did my contract in March did not give us the correct application as I am a Salam Reality member and my fees should be discounted. We were charged full fees even though we specifically told him that we were Salam Reality members. After months of going back and forth between the Gym Manager, Sales person and the call centre we were finally charged the correct amount in August. Since then we have logged numerous calls to the Call centre to reimburse us the for the incorrect fees that we were charged and we keep getting told that they are going to escalate the matter to the Regional Manager. I have yet to receive a call from the Regional Manager or the Call Centre Agents or the Club to give me feedback. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF TAKING OUT A CONTRACT WITH PLANET FITNESS, THINK AGAIN. DONT BE FOOLED BY THERE MARKETING BECAUSE 3368 1 star ratings and 1056 2 star ratings out of 4598 don’t lie. Majority of these complaints are about incorrect amounts be debited , not being able to get reimbursed for incorrect debits etc. A lot of people don’t have resources or the ability to constantly contact and follow up with them and I’m pretty sure that there’s a lot more people out there that are extremely dissatisfied with their service. LIKE I SEND AGAIN THINK TWICE ABOUT TAKING OUT CONTRACTS WITH THEM
