Pathetic service from Planet Fitness

I have been sending these guys Emails on numerous occasions. I went personally to the gym to cancel. The lady said this can only be done at head office. So I made them call and I was told I will receive the details via email which was in March this year. I even confirmed my email address with the lady and spelled it for her. Still till date I get nothing. I emailed them again 3 days back telling them I will put them on hello peter and still nothing. I'm trying to do the right thing and settle the account but still nothing. But if I refuse to pay from this month then I will be the bad client and in breach of contract. Is this fair for people trying to do the right thing.
