Pathetic service delivery from planet fitness

I have been a member of the planet fitness gym for a period of one year now, and within that year I have referred a number of people to join my local gym as the sales reps at the gym had promised me a free month for every member I refer, however for the past three months I have called in and logged complaints of my free month not getting processed and each time the consultant I had spoken to would promise me that each month I was not going to get debited, yet I did, I am very unhappy with the poor service delivery of the gym as I believe this is giving a client a false expectation. It gives the impression that a company as a hole cannot keep up to what they promise their clients and is a very poor representation of everyone who is clearly incapable of doing their jobs correctly
