Pathetic service

Left Virgin Active Montana to join the new Planet Fitness in Montana. They never deducted premiums and treated me very unprofessionally. Went their to sort out the issue two months ago and still nothing even the details was correct on their system. Went back and was again was told that the bank has an issue , in front of clients, as if it's my mistake!!!!! Now They expect me to pay for all the arrears months before cancellation ,when almost never went there due to this issue. Pathetic!!!! Wasted my time and money joining them. Will return to Virgin Active Montana and wont recommend joining them.
