Pathetic Service at Planet Fitness Umhlanga

Planet Fitness at Umhlanga can only be described as a joke that is run and managed by completely *********** individuals. I have been debited R1300 for the last 4 months instead of R99. At one stage I was even told it is the yearly levies. They have absolutely no knowledge of policies and procedures yet each employee has to undergo a 3 to 6-month training. Despite numerous emails calls and face-to-face meetings non of the managers of the gym (Sales manager: Trinity Naidoo / Regional Manager: Mthabisi Mthembu a.k.a Tubs / National Sales Manager: Chris Butcher) were able to resolve the query or provide concise feedback as to when my membership will be corrected or pay back the money that Planet Fitness STOLE! To date despite numerous calls to the National Sales Manager and his email acknowledging my issue, he has not made any attempt to contact me or resolve my query. The call center is just as *********** as they are completely unaware of the process. I have been a member of Planet Fitness since 2016 at the Westville branch and I have never had an issue but since moving to the Umhlanga Branch in January 2023, this branch can only be described as clowns in a circus existing to fool people with lies to take up a membership but have ZERO knowledge on how the daily operations.
