Pathetic Service at Planet Fitness Mega Gym

<p>Disgusted service at Planet Fitness. Been a month trying to get my membership frozen as the Gym is gone under renevation(Centurion Mega Gym). They ignore your Facebook message and posts and not give a damn. No consultant contacts u then u get an email to say your query has been solved and has been closed. How pathetic service! I'm so annoyed. They quick to take their money but not pay one month and they phone u 100 times. Yet when they need to rectify something nothing is done about it and no one seems to give a damn. They don't care about their customers</p>
