Pathetic Service and **********

They run a special for R199 for 3 months then tell you to add R50 for black tag so you can have a guest every time you come to the gym. Come month end the story is different when they deduct the money and when you ask for clarification no one cares to come back to you. When you ask they tell you the head office will come back to you and now they keep on trying to deduct even though you didnt go to the gym. The service is disgusting and unprofessional
