Pathetic service and **************** from Planet Fitness

I signed a contract with Planet Fitness during the promotion in October 2017. I was told I would pay R149 for the first 3 months and thereafter R199. For the first 3 debit order deductions all was fine then they started doing 2 deductions of amounts that are not in keeping with the original agreement, which get rejected by my bank. I then get charged R150 per deduction for unpaid debit orders. I was handed over to their lawyers for arrears which I settled but this month they deducted R299 and R193(which was rejected by the bank and unpaid charges added!!) However I was querying with them the amounts. I was then told I had a R299 contract not a R199 contract as verbally agreed on 27th October which explains why their consultant rushed me to sign and kept saying its as we said even though she knew she had signed me up for the higher amount. I have not received response to my numerous emails concerning this and their call centre number makes you hold till you get frustrated and hang up. I was sent an sms today saying to avoid legal action I must pay outstanding amount but they refuse to deal with my query!!!!!!
