Pathetic service

Worst decision I took to join planet fitness, what was explained to me upon joining is very different from my experience as a member. I’m being billed different amounts from what i agreed. I regret joining and really considering cancelling my membership. Lately there was not even communication as to why my fee is going up for the second time this year when it still doesn’t make sense why it went up even the 1st time. Stories are different when one follows up. In my line of work I have come across so many people complaining about how planet fitness is not billing them as per agreement and now I also fall victim. People should really be careful when they join such. Not all what is explained when you join will remain.
