Pathetic service

Useless service from your gym and sales manager. My husband under membership PF*** has been logged and being attended to and I am being told I have to log a hello peter complaint before they can action my member. I want to cancel this membership and join my husband as a buddy I fail to understand why weren’t we advised on the buddy system instead of signing 2 contracts. The service here is pathetic! I hope Gideon reads the complaint email we sent.
