Pathetic service
I am totally disgusted with planet fitness service i enquired twice about cancelling my contract with them,and every time when i phone the call centre and ask why my account was debited with R722 they cannot tell me why that is?my contract is done at end of feb and i want to cancel it just let me do that,i want no more excuses.
