Pathetic service

All started yr ago i did open the limited contract it was perfect for my working hrs. The sales person confirm that my daughter of 16 yr old can join me for free . She was waiting for her tag (I did paid for it ) at least 5 months. Than try realize that my daughter cont come with me on the limited contract. 4 months ago only for this reason I did change my contract to unlimited. Since than started even more problems. My tag not working, they computer show that I am behind with my payments , They all up to date! Paid with my credit card every single months before months end ! I been promess that going to sort my contract for the post many months!!! Nobody care!!! This morning again my tag wasn't working . And access was denied ! I am so give up. Going to cancel contract in the morning . I Didn't ask for to much. Just wanted to have relaxed mind when I am going in gym. Tired of the *********** comportment of staff and managers.
