Pathetic ******* by Planet Fitness and Landau

From the beginning of my contract with Planet Fitness I have had nothing but issues. I was meant to be signed up for the promotion of R199 per month but the assistant charged the original price of R299. That was fine however they never did a debit order for that amount or they would debit twice with different amounts.Throughout the 24 month contract I had grief and then they handed me over to their attorney's Landau and it got worse!! Honestly I have never dealt with more useless individuals than these. I have email correspondence of them requesting a letter to cancel my autorenewal which I did timeously.I then tried numerous times to get feedback and proof to say it was done. On the telephone they told me they had received the cancellation request I just needed to wait for the end of November for it to be processed. They called in October/November to notify me that my outstanding amount had increased because Planet Fitness added R799. I queried that and was told they would call back with the response as to why it was that much. I never got a response!! I was also told telephonically that they would find out what the settlement amount would be so I could be done once and for all but I never got that information. I kept emailing because when I called they hung up on me more than once.My biggest fear was that they would not implement the cancellation and I would be trapped for another 24mths of hell!They did a R400 debit order which I reversed as I wanted them to contact me as my emails and calls were ignored.After all these months I get a call today and am told my outstanding amount is around R2900 and when I asked why its increasing I was told because the autorenewal kicked in and I must talk to Planet Fitness not them even though all this time they said I was handed over to them and I must deal with them!!!! I am absolutely furious with Planet Fitness and Landau as both companies are just shady and using people and nobody takes responsibility. I want this torture to end and I REFUSE to have my name blacklisted or a judgement put on and suffer for another 24mths because of incompetence when I did what I was meant to do and I have been wronged!! I need help!!
