Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic Company!!!!

If there was a ZERO rating, I would gladly rate this company ZERO. I requested Planet Fitness to change my bank details over 2 months ago. Initially, they claimed not to have received the change of bank details form. After sending another one, I promptly responded with the completed and signed copy to the same email. Yet, two months later, my details still haven't been changed. I'm frustrated with this company, especially considering I'm contracted to them. What the????
