Pathetic delays with refund

I cancelled my contract in March 2020 Planet Fitness has been debiting my account after numerous phone calls and email follow ups i get told that the team went on holiday and they have not processed my refund we are in January now still no payment last debit on my account was December ! pathetic service still waiting on the manager to return my call
