Pathetic Customer Service/Rude

<p>I transfer my membership to Rivonia branch in Feb 2017, my transfer fee was never debited but strange enough the monthly premium went off. Thareafer Planet Fitness debited my account on the dates that suits them without my consent which leads to my membership/account being arreas, i then paid the transfer fee on the 25 Apr only to find out the next day that my account/membership has been handed over to a third party for recovery.</p> <p>on the 09 May 2017, i phoned their customer care, which was helpless as always and my call was rudely cut off.</p>
