PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PLANET FITNESS JUST GYM FROM STAFF MOST SPECIFICLY MOEKETSI FROM THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT

I have never been so offended my an Agent by the name of Moeketsi from Planet Fitness Just GYM, I signed up with the Gym in October 2020 and paid the joining fee and tag, I advised the agent that signed me up that I am a Vitality member and he advised that a debit of R99.00 will be debited monthly going forward, end of Nov and December R329 and R469 were debited off my account,

I address this with them and no one could give me answers

This Moeketsi IDIOT from the collection department contacts me today and firstly has no f*** facts about my account details, He says it was my responsibility to provide proof that I am on Vitality! HOW SO WHEN I WAS NOT REQUESTED TO PROVIDE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!

THE IDIOT GOES AEHAD AND RAISES HIS VOICE AND ME AND DEMANDS ME TO PAY!!!!

I WILL REPORT THIS RIDICULOUS SERVICE TO ALL SOCIAL PLATFORMS IF THIS IS HOW THESE STUPID AGENTS SPEAK TO CLIENTS
