Pathetic customer service and **********

The customer service at planet fitness is pathetic!!!! Instead of them trying to solve the issue with you, you get the phone slammed down on you!!!! Please employ people who have a backbone and can deal with clients!!!! I will be laying a complaint with CGSO. I am so glad I have cancelled my gym membership as I have had issues with this gym since day one of the contract!!!! PLANET FITNESS SUCKS!!!! I will never recommend anyone to this gym EVER!!!! They are ********** and commit **************** and always give you wrong advice!!!! You should be charged for ***** your staff hands out incorrect information to clients which ends up costing us unnecessary expenses!!!!
