Pathetic customer experience

Planet Fitness has the worst service ever! Firstly the sales agents at the Bellvile branch are dishonest, I was told of a specific membership amount because I qualified for the Sanlam Reality discount then when it was time to debit, they debited a different amount. When I complained and wanted to cancel no one could assist. I had to call head office and to this day I have not gotten someone to assist. I have a membership I do not want nor use and no one wants or is willing to assist with cancelling.
