What a pathetic company to deal with.

7 Years after canceling my membership and paying the final invoice I get a debt collecting firm calling my wife with regards to an outstanding fee.

Upon investigation I found the POP for the last invoice and called their call center. They advised that the payment is reflected but never allocated to my account and will get rectified in 72 hours.

After waiting I followed up with them and they advised 15 days later that they needed there accounting firm to rectify the matter due to it being a 2015 account that needs to be rectified (14 June 2022) today 05 July 2022 I still await feedback and getting calls and SMS notifications with threats to pay the outstanding or be blacklisted.

This company is not worth dealing with.
