Pathetic client service, dishonest communication and ********* behaviour!

I cancelled during my grace period to avoid complications and all was well I even received a cancellation email and the told me they would call me within 5 - 7 business days once everything is completed. This is almost a month ago now and I haven't heard a thing back since. I called planet fitness again and the person at your call centre told me everything is still active and there is no history of a cancellation. This infuriated me as I've heard many people has this issue with you people at planet fitness... this is ***** , unprofessional ********* and just pathetic. I would never recommend planet fitness after this and I would never see you in a positive light again. Ps this will not be my last bad review until everything is sorted out thank you very much.
