Pathetic business etiquette

This gym has the worst business etiquette. Without any communication, there was a price increase. Membership price went from R899 to R1199. What kind of an increase is this?

I am a member at Planet Fitness Liberty Mall and they have now joined 2 gyms together as 1 closed down. We suffer with no aircons and warm water in a claustrophobic environment. How do you improve your health in such an over populated place? This is an absolute ****.
