Can PLANET FITNESS refrain from harassing my dad and I. Furthermore can they refrain from deducting from my father’s account. He canceled his membership in 2020 and had to cancel the same contract again in April 2023 and they CONTINUE deducting.

Employ people that can follow simple instructions! Employ agents that will not harass but investigate! Train your staff! Especially those in head office.
