Pathetic

Never ever in my life will I ever again get a contract at this gym.They are ******* and do absolutely as they please.I have cancelled my contract and debit order and still they take my money by dt order every month.I have asked for a copy of my contract 4 times still hoping te receive one before my funeral one day.Also my contract was supposed to end last year September (24 month contract signed in September 2018) but due to inconvenience to the that the gym was closed for 5 month due to lock down they extended my contract for their comfort until the end of February 2021.I havr asked for confirmation emails to confirm that I have cancelled my contract and debit order.I have also told them to make a note that I will be paying balance outstanding on 01 FEBRUARY 2021 and my request was ignored.This is the most absolute **** place to go gym with the ****tiest service ever.
