Pathetic and poor service

Planet fitness..im a member on a month to month contract with them for only a month and a half now...in the terms and conditions was nothing stated of a levy fee and now I'm being charged with a levy fee of R350 including my membership fee of R450 including my black tag fee and including a R100 fee of a black tag payment that they claim to have not been paid but there's clear proof of payments. As a result there is a total of R1228 with extra things I am not aware of. Leaving me and my family not allowed to use the gym at all until this payment is made. I've called them numerous times which I do have on record and the only responses I've been getting is that they will call me back for the last 2 week's. I eventually went to go and see them on Wednesday the 6th of November and they said they cannot help me only the woman who got me signed up namely VERONICA. Who gave me the deal proving there is no levy fee involved. As I was told over the phone by veronica she will call me back and she did not. I went to see the manager again on Sunday the 10th of November namely ZEESHAN and he said that he would sort it out and call me on Monday morning at 11am and he didn't call. So I called them and they said they will call me back and once again I received no call. I called them again twice today on the 12 of November as well as my wife which makes it 3 times nd I even said I will terminate my contract if they don't call me and still they said their manager will call me back and I still received no call. This is really pathetic and poor service from planet fitness and I've been a member for not even 2 months.
