Parasites!!!!!

<p>Hi there. Please assist me with this enquiry. In April 2014 I opted to join the planet fitness gym in Cape Town. After finding out that I was to pay a joining fee of R900, I then asked them if they could enroll me in May rather as it was after payday. The guy that was assisting me advised that their 24 month contract was on special and joining fee was R300, I agreed to that. He also told me about paying for the access cards which amounted around R271. I had no problem in paying this amount and to my surprise, they deducted it the next day before I could even go collect it. My agreed premium was R279 for 24 months. The following week They deducted an amount of R 385 in my bank account which I did not sign up for. I called them to enquire but they couldn't give me a proper explanation. Not knowing what to do I cancelled the debit order with them. Again the following month they kepr on deducting R265 everyday from my account. This time around I got so upset and cancelled the debit orders again!!!! I called them again but there was a lady that "assisted" but sounded so rude on the phone I didnt know what to do after that which I requested for the manager but each time I called he was always not in the office. They came back to me after four months to say I owe them and I arranged an amount of R165/R265 ( dont remember) to be deducted every month. They went on again to debit my account everyday. I then cancelled the debit orders. After two months I found out they were deducting R99 from my account without my knowledge. At this point I didnt know what to do or where to go as I had no lawyer to assist me. They went quiet for sometime and I thought they cancelled it. Now They are calling me telling me that I owe an amount of R10000!? How could this be? How did this money accumulate? I feel this is unfair as I tried getting answers from them and they ignored them all. Now they want me to pay this money? I feel they are ripping me off and taking advantage of me, why for being interested in their gym services which I never used because it all started with this drama.. Please help!!!</p>
