Pandemic? Planet fitness does not care!

Lower than low rating! I have suffered a major income loss due to this pandemic. Instead of offering me relief they up my membership. When I ask them for relief they say I do not qualify for it because I skipped a payment... which I have not. Their form of relief is to still charge you 50% of the monthly payment. What do they not understand about suffering a pay cut? I am barely getting by as it is but now I have to scratch out R600 magically? Then to save my name by them I asked to please cancel my membership, they then hit me with a whammy of R3000 cancellation fee. I have been offered relief by everyone they all offer me some sort of relief. But planet fitness instead of offering relief they try and drain you even more well down!
