Paid up account in arrears and no manager
I went to gym but the turnstile would not let me through because my account was apparently in arrears. The contract was paid in full.<br> <br> When I wanted to sort it out with a manager, there was no manager on duty. I should come back the next day.<br> <br> That means there was not a manager at the club for the whole day.<br> <br> It is unacceptable.

We have checked our system and have found that you access is not blocked, in your next visit to the club you must request our reception to reassign your tag.
Should your tag not work you will be issued with a new one.
