Paid Membership-No Access Allowed-No Feedback
On December 14th, 2015 I approached the \Sales Manager\" at Planet Fitness Centurion MegaClub to renew my membership (As a previous customer). It took me 2.5 hours to eventually sign up and complete a manual contract as the Sales Executive (Corne) still trained and Annalize would assist him in loading the contract. The contract stated dual membership for MegaClub and Hennopspark.

Since the spinning class times are different, I make use of both clubs ( I do pay for it though, so am entitled ?? ) With shock, I was asked why I would like to enter the gym since I do not have a valid membership. I proved to them that I have a paid debit order in place as well as a signed contract.

The receptionist suggested that I contact the Club Manager to try and assist me. Today marked 42 days of constant following up from my side, and excuses from Planet Fitness that they are busy with investigations?

Gym is suppose to relief stress, but I am experiencing the opposite. They just don't care. You pay for something you are not allowed to use? Horrible attitudes and even worse telephone etiquette.

"
