Overcharging and Poor Service

If only I had ready all these complaints before signing up with Planet Fitness! The sales person told me all about the fees and discounts that would apply to me, and now when I inform them that they are over charging me, I am told that the information the sales person gave me was incorrect. So now I am cancelling my membership and have to pay 3 months of fees for cancelling early. This company is not interested in the service they provide. They just want to sign people up by any means possible, and are happy to charge incorrect fees without any interest in sorting it out. Don't go anywhere near this gym!!
