Overcharging and misinformation!!

<p>Planet fitness phoned to try and get me back on their books. They mentioned a R199/month deal they had. Because PF is close to my work I was intrigued and asked the sales rep to confirm that this was month to month, as I wanted to try it out and not be held to a contract, which she confirmed (get the RECORDING YOU MAKE!!!). I signed up, and after a month realised I want going to use it, so went to cancel, at which point they said I was on a TWELVE MONTH CONTRACT. I have not had the time to fight that fight, so have left it for now. </p> <p> </p> <p>NOW I have just received a debit for R749 from PF!!! And when I call, no one answers your phones. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is ***,take me off your books and PAY BACK THE MONEY! Please </p>
