Overcharged, terrible service
I changed my membership last year to club only and the subscription is R150 per month however planet fitness decided to debit me R549 as to why they cant explain instead I received the most terrible service when I called to understand why they overcharged. all I ask is that we continue with the agreed subscription

Can this be resolved if yes please do so if not please cancel my membership because this is day light ******* and I've noticed I'm not the only one with this issue of being debited R549
