Overcharged and no response to query

Planet Fitness Parklands, don't answer their phone. After 3 attempts they do answer but cant assist and give you a toll free number to call. When calling this number you hold on for over 20 minutes with no response. I then resorted to sending an email to the customer support email and now 2 days later I have still not received a reply. My son has been charged a joining fee of R300 for which he was assured by Chris and Rafique that there was no joining fee, if he joined the gym before 28 February 2015. He joined the gym and now receives a statement every month with the outstanding amount due.<br> I want this amount reversed asap and I want a response to my email regarding this.<br>
