<p>They will phone you 1000 times to seel you with a mebership bound you for 12 months in a contract. well that is acceptable. But then hiddenly in contract there is a certain number of vists that you need to go to gym for otherwise you will be charged an insane amount of R749 to what you usually pay of R195. </p> <p>Because you are frustrated with the amount you paid for you gym membership, you obviusly will head towards your gym yo get help. there at the gym Manager will give you a Tel number to call in your own time becuase he doesnt deal with accounts billings.</p> <p>Today i gave planet fitness a call to get help, i had to initially wait 20 minutes for my call to go through after call went through Mr lungi mbacha heard my compliant asked for my ID number and took another 10 minutes to get bavk to me. only to tell me that i have not been to gym sufficient times. thats why i was charged this much. i dont have a problem with that but the servic is pathatic.</p> <p> Planet fitness does not send emails to remind members about the number of vists they should go to gym for, in other words they are encouraging people not to atend to gym so they can overcharge with mad amounts. </p> <p>i strongly advise people who are looking to join gym to join virgin active because they constantly keep in touch with their members in terms of sending reminders especially.</p>
